"Bad experience"

Nothing to like in this hotel. Only location benefits are there.

1. No breakfast is available 2.No proper communication from staff 3.Phone of staff was switched off 4.They were unaware about booking 5. No cleanliness is there. Bed sheets are smelling and it causes itching 6. Entire hotel is dirty 7. Condition of wash rooms are pathetic

Blue moon is at one of the best locations in Guwahati. Very easy to get cabs and there are lots of lovely eateries very close to the hotel.
