Dear booking.com Team, I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Hotel Sai Raintree in Guwahati, booked through your platform. Despite being a long-time user, this experience has shaken my trust in your services. The hotel, listed as 3-star, fell woefully short: 1. Extra payment demanded for the third person despite booking for three adults. 2. Staff behavior was appalling; we called multiple times for the WiFi password, and they hung up without providing it. 3. Weak WiFi signal in the room. 4. Additional charges for breakfast for the third person. 5. Insufficient bathroom amenities (one kit for three people). Given my late-night arrival and fatigue, I felt taken advantage of. This experience has left a sour taste, and I regret that I won't be using booking.com again. I hope you'll take necessary actions to prevent such incidents and hold hotels accountable.

I liked the cleanliness, the facilities such as geyser, AC, fan, TV and the restaurant of the hotel. I liked the location. The staff is also good. I always stay in this hotel, I had recommended this hotels to my colleagues and they liked it too.
