Hotel Bastian

La comunicación con el personal fue muy buena. Descansamos muy bien. Las instalaciones, servicios y ubicación ideales.

Buena ubicación. Habitación amplia y cómoda. A mi me tocó la habitación que está separada de las del resto. Tiene cafetera,heladera. Buena calefacción.

El colchón un poco blando.

The bed was very comfortable. The owner was kind enough to email us the access codes early incase of unforseen cercumstances due to our very late arrival. Location was central with easy access to train station & shops.

The two pairs of thong underwear drying on the radiator!!

The location was amazing, really close to all the major attractions and some great bars and restaurants. It's really clean, very nice, and fresh set up. It has very comfortable beds and the rooms were a good size.

The only thing is not having staff on site if you do have a question. However, the hotel is set up that way, and I have absolutely no complaints about the service I received before booking the hotel.

Exceptionally clean Central

The room was clean, super comfortable and well decorated. It was my first time staying in a hotel without any visible staff but the online support was amazing and Ari was super helpful. When I'm back in Helsinki I'll make an effort to stay here again.

There is some construction work happening very close to the hotel, so be prepared to be woken up in the morning by it.
