Park Hotel Arbanassi

We had a wonderful experience at this location in Arbanasi, Bulgaria. The atmosphere is delightful – lots of greenery, peace and quiet, and a beautiful view. The staff is welcoming, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The spa area and swimming pool are clean and well maintained, and the outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenery. The apartment we stayed in had an extremely comfortable bed and pillows, which made for a truly restful sleep. Overall, everything was excellent, and I warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and comfort in a beautiful natural setting.

I don't have something to be complaining

Hotelul e amplasat intr-o zona minunata, camerele sunt spațioase, piscina functionala, întreținuta,terasa cu șezlonguri e drăguță,am primit halate, prosoape. Mâncarea a fost bună, am servit cina, bine gatita, porții micuțe dar suficiente,și mic dejun tip bufet. Cafeaua e doar solubila,la dozatorul nescafe. Au cafea contra cost la bar. Din păcate nu e întreținut, cred ca doar schimba lenjeria și prosoapele, pe jos era destul de murdar, păianjeni, praf. Salteaua a fost bună, am dormit bine.Personalul foarte amabil,prietenos,au rezolvat orice cerere. Hotelul trebuie renovat, mobilierul, ca și tot hotelul, se degradează rapid. Probabil a fost luxos în trecut, sunt săli de conferințe frumoase, lounge-uri, are mult potențial dar e lăsat sa se degradeze. Raport calitate preț ok, dar nu e de 4 stele în niciun caz. Am rămas o noapte, tranzit din Grecia.

Персонала беше много мил и отзивчив. Много ни хареса кухнята в ресторанта. Беше вкусно и на приемливи цени.

Стаята не беше нищо особено, което не е проблем но беше мръсна. Имаше петна от кръв по чаршафите на спалнята и петна по чаршафите в детското креватче, което беше без една страна. В душ кабината имаше плесен.

I liked very much the location of the hotel. It is very quiet and not crowded at all. The restaurant staff was amazing and the food is really good and so are the prices (we ate the dinner there).

We had some minor issues with the shower and also the mosquito net from the balcony door fell off. Also at breakfast we didn't have knives and teaspoons, but we managed.
