DEStatt der kostenpflichtigen Sauna, die nicht angeheizt war, wurde uns kostenfrei die Benutzung der Infrarot-Kabine angeboten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war überwältigend und äußerst liebewohl angerichtet.
Der Check-In soll nur Online erfolgen, daher wurde mit einer "Strafe" von 5 Euro gedroht, falls nicht. Die App für den Online-Check-In frägt nach Daten, die nicht erforderlich sind und ist unsauber programmiert, Der Weg zu einem Restaurant ist ohne Auto doch recht weit und beschwerlich da steil.

ATSIBreakfast was always on time, very tasty and varied. Vegetarian options were included, hot and cold drinks were always available, as well as various dairy products (yoghurt and at least five cheese selections) and vegetables (tomatoes, peppers (red & yellow), cucumbers, etc). The room was always cleaned thoroughly when we were on the ski slopes, we had enough sheets and towels. Warm water was always there when we needed it, the rooms were also sufficiently warm and cozy. The kitchen also had all the advertised utilities. There was always a place for us to park our car when we came back from the slopes. Wi-Fi was fast and stable.

HUStaff was very helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean and pretty comfortable. Very rich breakfast with a lot of home made ingridiants was fantastic.
