Elogio principalmente ao atendimento, que foi EXEMPLAR! Meu checkin era as 14h, porém minha filha começou a ter febre e tive que cancelar nossa programação da manhã na cidade. Liguei no hotel para ver a possibilidade de antecipar o checkin e o Fernando prontamente nos ajudou com uma troca de quarto e minha filha pôde se recuperar para continuarmos a viagem. Hospedagem excelente. Desde a faxineira até a gerente do hotel super solícitos e muito educados. Hotel extremamente bem localizado na cidade. Gostei de tudo!
