The heating in rooms 6A and 6B was not sufficient, and the beds were not comfortable. I also had to pay in cash because revolut card payments were not working. The staff need to improve their personal communication with guests.

Locatie, netjes, schoon.

Je krijgt maar een handdoek per persoon?! Overal krijg je 2, een voor douchen en een kleiner voor tandenpoetsen en ochtend hygiëne. Kussens waren echt slecht, het liefst hebben wij ze wat steviger. Deze waren zo dun, je voelt ze bijna niet onder je hoofd. Voor de rest waren echt heel erg blij met alles. We komen hier graag terug. Graag deze 2 dingen aanpassen dan zijn jullie echt top Penzion!
