GBWe don't know they cancelled our booking.
They cancelled our booking a few hours before we were due to arrive. Several messages were sent saying my card hadn't worked (it was OK everywhere else) also that they'd overbooked (our confirmation was dated 2 months earlier) also alternative accommodation was being sought for us (it wasn't). All these messages were sent a few hours before our arrival when we were driving through rural Peru, the first we knew was when we arrived. The receptionist wasn't helpful in anyway. The system breaks down if hotels do not honour bookings they have confirmed! Look elsewhere!

The AC did not work, the blankets were rough material, the shower the water wouldn’t drain by itself, the service was awful my boyfriend is not Peruvian and the receptionist would openly stare at him making him uncomfortable.
