They didn’t have a room when we arrived at 4am.

Bed was comfy and room was spacious.

Very quiet hotel. Little facilities to offer. Everything felt damp and was a smell of damp in the room. Ac didn't work and there was also a lamp in the cupboard that didn't work either.

Perfect accommodation in the city centre.

Close to the beach.

No hot water in the room, cold showers for 3 days. Close to the beach but no place to eat.

Nice room for the price and comfortable bed.

The check out was horrible experience. He didn’t want us to pay by card saying his machine is not working, which is ok we know a lot of places here doesn’t want us to pay by card but would have been nice to tell us at check in to give us time to get some cash out as we had a train to catch. They knew we had a train to catch, we told them about it before the check out. The guy needed to take my partner on his scooter to get cash out and 2 ATM they been was not working. They came back to the hotel. He gave me a link to do a transfer which was not working either. Thank God we had a Vietnamese friend we could call and she transfer him money so we could leave the place! We almost miss our train which we paid a lot of money if it!

There was no hot water, so we had to change rooms. Then the power went off and the lift didn´t work the next morning.
