"Ужасно"

Расположение отеля в самом центре Шымкента. Через. дорогу прогулочная улица с кафе и музыкантами по вечерам,с красивой подсветкой и большой торговый центр.

Плохая уборка номера. В душевой волос, на унитазе пятна. Не понятно зачем нужен такой большой балкон,если он закрыт грязными окнами. Полы на болконе черные от пыли. В ресторане на завтрак еда была вся холодная в открытых судоках . Даже простая яичница была холодная. На столах грязная посуда, которую никто не убирал. А официатки вместо работы были заняты разговорами по телефону.Полотенца в номере старые ,серого цвета. Отель ,который 4 звезды , не дотягивает даже до 3-х
