The rooms were superb. The room were very clean, well maintained. The staff is helpful. The restaurants and food are awesome. Loved it.

I asked for twin bed but was not provided. The hand wash were not available in bathroom. The staff made mistake in the billing where he didn't deduct the advance amount from the final bill. If I was not vigilant then I would have end up paying more. They promptly corrected the mistake though.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The location n friendly staff.... although just a stopover for us for just one night...it was a good stay...

I liked the staff who were very very polite. I liked the bed which was comfortable and clean. I liked the ambience.

I didn't like the late checkout which was only till 1230. I needed it to 1400 at least. I didn't like the noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom which was a little faulty. I didn't like the neighbors who were partying till 0200 in the room next to me. I didn't like the noise from the main road which kept coming through the glass doors in the lobby. The room was missing a broad counter table under the tv and instead had a broad ledge to make the room appear larger.

Location is quite good.

Food is awesome & authentic and service is too good recommend all to stay in this hotel best property in Siliguri.
