Perfect location in walking distance from NJP train station for nationwide connections and toy train to Darjeeling. Owner very friendly and competent. Close to all types of eateries and sweets stalls with tea. Hot water worked well. I will try to book again on my way back from the Mountains.

A bit noisy in the evening, but given the location this is totally acceptable. Irritating messages (3rd party scam attempt?) about prepayment required. I ignored them and messaged the property that I would stick to my booking and so did they. Probably not in their hands to stop these messages.
