The staff was friendly, room was clean, area is nice and peaceful. There is a nice little restaurant like 300 meters away and a sari-sari store across the street.

Upon check-in was told the pool is not available. The wifi only works outside the hotel room. There is no on site restaurant as listed. Also I only had 1 working channel and that channel had no sound at all. The pictures are all outdated also.

Staff was really kind and really helpful. The owners are also really kind.

Quite a remote location, which would be fine if there was a quality beach there, but alas there wasn't. The nearest decent beach was a 30 minute walk on a narrow, busy road. The cabin rooms were spacious and comfortable, but without some of the obvious amenities you'd expect for the price (glasses, utensils, a kitchen sink, toiletries, etc). I quite liked the staff, there we a lot of them, and were attentive. However, the grounds are very run down, the pool is off-colour and uncleaned, and there was no pool bar, as promised. No sign of the owners. It is difficult to secure a ride anywhere via trike due to its remote location, and the price will be much higher, and take longer. Just not what we had expected for the price we paid.

The staff is very helpful and treated us really well. The room was big and enjoyable despite the negative aspects. The breakfast is good even if it's a bit lacking in variety. The place is very quiet.

The lack of maintenance that can be seen in the bathroom : the limestone on the shower equipment, the lack of water pressure, no hot water. There was some food left in the freezer that seems to have been there for a long time now. The beach doesn't seem like one should go for a swim in. No more staff past the afternoon, only a very helpful security agent.

Very good choice for family vacation. Quiet place, many sights around. Enough shops and restaurants for eating out.

Caroline was absolutely amazing! She really made this resort feel homey to us. She was so welcoming and hospitable. She recommended the restaurant near the hotel and it was amazing. Our room was very comfy. AC working well. everything was clean and as pictured. The resort dog was also very sweet. It is located away from the crowds and we found that really nice. it was peaceful. we rented motorbikes and had no problem getting around.

Wifi signal in our room was not as good but there were spots near the breakfast room and pool and the wifi was fast.
