Helpful and friendly staff

Property has a direct opening to the beach and is very pretty. Staff is very helpful. Angelie helped me with all my queries and they even arranged for tuk tuk for whale shark watching and driver took care of the whole process. Amazing service!

Rooms are on a smaller size. It is a little difficult to adjust if you have heavy luggage.

I like the staff , very helpful and the room as well very spacious.

Vi gillade allt med detta ställe men litet tips till personalen i restaurangen vid poolen, de skulle behöva lära sig lite mer om merförsäljning, god mat och dryck men sen händer inget mer. Personalen vid caféet visade en helt annan service, perfekt! 😊

nice little pool with onsite restaurant

originally booked and paid for a family room, but upon seeing me as a single person they decided upon themselves without asking me to move me to a very tiny single room out in the back and i had to climb stairs. so we complained and they refunded partial payment and moved me to a family room the next day which was bigger and better. hotel is a bit far from town so need to catch a tricycle to the nearest town.
