Very unprofessional team. They messed with booking and missed to process first night booking and relocated to another cheap class hotel and downgraded room on day 2 because of their internal confusion.

"Luxurious stay at decent price close to everything"

Beautiful and spacious rooms. AC was working and hot water. Staff was very nice as well and they have a great restaurant too. On clear days, one can see the snow capped mountains.

Backside view/ Neighboring property is a real junkyard. Interesting to see though.

Everything was good. The owner Mr. Shafiz himself were present at the premises and kept checking with guests for concern/issues. All the staffs are very good too.

The South Indian food quality is really not good. That they have to improve. The chef has no idea about South Indian food. Despite being a Bengali guy, South Indian food is my best choice. All 4days during my stay at Kareem I have eaten that only. But the chef should not make South Indian food ever. It was horrible.
