Electric kettle not provided with tea bags etc as the Restaurant starts at 8 in the morning. Bed sheets etc are to be more neat and clean. Small insects are coming in the room at night which needs to be addressed. Property is new but maintenance seems not to be professional Rate of rent is higher than the other comfortable located Hotels.
