Great hotel, good standard of rooms, really clean. Also I really appreciate amazing staff at the reception, they are really helpful.

Since our arrival, we haven't encountered the receptionist at any point. A huge thanks to the housekeeping janitor, Mohammed, who managed our check-in and check-out processes. Even after we left, I tried to get the receipt by calling them (because the receptionist was not there) to get a copy of the receipt, but unfortunately no response.

Convenient location on road north. Provided a comfortable break.

No elevationr and we were staying on second floor. Food options limited with no breakfast available.

Clean and staff are very cooperative like Ali and male staff at the reception

It's a fantastic place to stay in Taymaa, Staff is friendly specially Receptionist. Haytham. Very clean and comfortable place.

It was clean, good customer service, best part u hav separate area for tea and sink to clean ur dishes. They have tried to provide as much possible and Alhumdulillah at a small town like Tayma it was a nice experience to hav a good hotel. Wd nearby grocery and restaurants and gas station tooo

The bed only was very uncomfortable because it was very hard new mattress 😄
