Hotel Crystals Cove

The staff was cordial and very helpful. We were upgraded to executive suite. Also, since we had to leave early the next morning before breakfast would be served, they arranged packed breakfast box for us. All in all, a happy experience.

the rooms are nice and the staff are also very friendly. Food downstairs is also good for lunch/dinner, breakfast wasn’t very good however.

albeit friendly- the staff didn’t have much local knowledge (they didn’t know the name of the temple that was literally 100m away). We had to ask 3 seperate times for a taxi to be booked and was told each time someone would get back to us but only on the very last time did they do so. There was a lack of towels (no face towels). for a “4 star” hotel it was very disappointing- the service did not match the price we paid.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Amazing food and service at the Diner
