Worst experience ever .... irresponsible answers from front desk staffs and online booking.com staffs...all are frauds...they just need only money and no customer satisfaction...bed experience at the hotel...

Staffs behaviour and attitude..no hospitality...hotels staffs irresponsible answers and they ask us to contact online booking.com who never ever comes on the phone after getting their advance amount from us two days earlier..they gave us a different room from what we booked....
