we really like the room because it's cozy, clean and always smells so good

The breakfast was great. The sunrise/sunset view from top level was amazing. Short walk to the path to the beach for an amazing view (no swim). Quiet and peaceful, clean and comfortable.

Right next to the sea Nice sun rise. Could see Mt Ranjani of Lombok early in the morning. Very nice staff Excellent cancellation policy. Esp if the room does not meet your expectation, you can still cancel free. We stayed because it met our needs. Close to Tianyar Savanna, can see the view of Mt Agung. Very good value for the facilities Can't ask for me with that price you are paying

Few power points in the room. Dont expect luxury. It is basic, but good enough. Take it as a very high class camping. some mosquitos, but this is expected.

I think you need to add a television in the room

We had the suite with private pool and the rooms were nice and clean. The property has access to the sea, however there is no beach for sunbathing if this is what you are looking for.

Looking at the photos we had the impression that you could see the mountain from the property, but that’s misleading, most probably a photoshop wonder.

location is by the beach and road side that's very rare.. also the breakfast was delicious and large portions.. coffee and tea in the room - AC is cold and pool by the beach is small but cozy Manager is very helpful and he even let us borrow his motorbike to visit Savana Tianyar

sometimes many cars passes on the street and we can hear the sound very well but after 8 pm it's quiet..
