Most uncomfortable bed i have slept in for years. The room is so small it was literally a scam. Do yourself a favour and stay in an other hotel. extremely noisy and hot in the room.

Location, large rooms and terrace.

Mold in the shower. I had to buy detergent and clean it. The kettle inside was also dirty.

Quiet location. Secure bicycle storage. Friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately the hotel location is in an old urban area and does not have any reasonable eating places. There is a supermarket nearby.

"The proprty is not the worst, I have ever been to but, the communication is extremely poor."

The city is amazing, good stores are located nearby. You can reach the property by train, is located only a few minutes away from the train station Wertheim-Bestenheid.

First, I would like to point out that due to business reasons, I travel quite a lot and have various experiences. Additionally, I really do not like to complain - we are all human beings and commit some mistakes; sometimes the complaints are handled in such a generous way that I feel myself uncomfortable - one I received a full refund from another property cause of a broken bulb... Well, concerning this hotel, I cannot stand to say a few negative words.. The poorest communication I have ever experienced. When I arrived, I realized that due to some issue with the booking platform, three reservations were made for me, however, I traveled due to business reasons and I was alone. There is no personal check-in, instead, you have to call somebody, who tells you a code with which you can pick up your keys. Well, the madame there spoke only a few words of English - she had even difficulties with saying the numbers of the code in English. When I opened the keybox, and realized, that three keys are assigned to my name, I tried to explain to her the trouble - however, she was not able to understand the problem. I asked her to come to the hotel so that we could save this issue, but she refused to turn up. As she did not understand what I intended to say, she simply dropped the phone. I don't think this is the way in which the guest is to be treated. When I left, I was able to the manager of the hotel, who seemed to understand the problem, but he did not propose to offer any refund or so. However, a formal confirmation of canceling the two additional bookings has not arrived yet. Additionally, two rooms cost 54, the third one 74 Euro - of course, I had to pay 74 Euros. Certainly not recommended.
