Hotel New Mogamiya

一泊だけなら、価格も安いし良いのかも

まず、スタッフがいない、べんを呼んでも誰も出ない。１０分位フロントにいたが、誰も通らない、仕方が無いので、改めて出直した。駐車所も空きがなく、結局駅前をグルグル回って駐車所を探すことになった。

朝食付きとあって予約したのに朝食ありませんでした チェックイン時に確認したら「現在は提供しておりません」とのこと サイトにそのむね記載してほしかったです

Extremely convenient for Yamagata station, also great if you are taking buses to Yamadera, Zao Onsen etc. Lovely room with window you could actually see out of (rare in Japanese business hotels) and view of the city. Comfortable bed, desk, TV etc, all very clean. Hotel pyjamas! Very quiet.

NO HOT WATER!! I stayed for 3 nights despite this as it was in such a convenient location, and as I went to an onsen or sento every day, I didn't really need a shower at the hotel. I don't know what was wrong - they said that if you waited long enough, hot water would spring forth... this was not true! One morning I managed to get a lukewarm shower after about 15 minutes running the tap, but the rest of the time the water was completely cold. A bit of a defect in a hotel!! There seemed to be hardly any guests, and one of the reception ladies was very odd. A bit of a strange place, but it was a good price, and a decent base for sightseeing, despite the lack of hot water in the room. If I was booking again I would ask somebody to call the hotel in advance and ask about this.

駅、飲食店から近かった事 チェックイン前に荷物の預かりして頂けました。

外観の古さは、そんなに気にはならなかったのですが‥泊まる部屋の階、全体が暗く廊下には大きなシミごあり‥恐かったです。 コンセントがベッドに無かったです。

値段,立地,設備から見て非常に満足でした。 山形に来るときは絶対に利用したいと思いました。

特に無し。

駅前の立地で泊まるだけなら全然問題無し。
