I went to the place after long trip and was super tired. the bathroom was not cleaned and there is no proper coverage in bathroom window and frogs are coming inside to the bathroom bcz of that thAt was the worst experience that I had in my life I did not even take a wash bcz of there were cockroaches and frogs inside. we were 3 people in one room but they have provided only one towel.I was really disappointed for selecting this property.so dirty and no proper security in the bathroom at all. and I informed the hotel chanaya and they said “that’s normal and you are not our first guest”.that was so rude and I will not never ever go there.
