Персонал внимательный, тишина в отеле прекрасная, но номер требует ремонта: окон нет (те маленькие, что есть, закрыты картонками, в ванной не работал кран в раковине)

"El precio es bueno todo está muy bonito y limpio, el desayuno delicioso, el personal muy amable"

La relación precio servicios es muy buena, el desayuno es bueno, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, el parqueadero es al aire libre, el personal muy amable y servicial, es lejos de la zona comercial de Apartadó como el parque Ortiz no puedes llegar caminando, en caso de requerir agua caliente para retirar algún producto grasoso del cabello imposible, porque solo hay agua a temperatura ambiente

Nos vendieron un paquete de masajes y una de las masajistas no sabia, además tampoco conocian lo que habiamos comprado, no tenían el jacuzzi listo y casi me caigo en la bañera que habilitaron, el jacuzzi tenia bichos flotando
