El desayuno delicioso, la atención de la señora de la cocina fue excepcional y la limpieza estuvo muy bien

Reporté un daño en el tubo del lavamanos pero no lo arreglaron. Además la habitación donde me quedé (102) queda justo debajo de las escaleras que son muy ruidosas y hubo mucho ruido en ciertos momentos. Todo se escucha.

NO DAN LA INFORMACIÓN COMPLETA SOBRE LOS PAQUETES DEL SPA, LO QUE HACE QUE HAYA SORPRESAS AL PAGAR 3, LAS HABITACIONES TIENEN UNA PEQUEÑA VENTANA INTERIOR O NO TIENEN VENTANA, LO QUE HACE QUE SE SIENTA MUY ENCERRADO. 4. LAS ESCALERAS A LA HABITACIÓN Y AL COMEDOR SE PERCIBEN INSEGURAS PUES SON EN MADERA
