"Péssimo!"

Péssimo! Barata no quarto e no banheiro. Toalhas velhas e pequenas. O quarto é duplo e o cobertor é de solteiro e só tem um. Pedi na recepção outro cobertor e não tinha. A televisão não funcionou. Pedi o gerente para consertar e não resolveu. Café da manhã é péssimo. Nem ovos mexidos tinha que é o básico do básico.
