De bedden waren goed en de kamer voelde ruim aan. Je bent dan wel iets verder van het centrum verwijderd, maar met de pousse-pousse geraak je overal snel en goedkoop. Het personeel was gewoon vriendelijk, niets meer maar zeker ook niets minder. Het ontbijt was in orde, en we begaven ons aan de achterkant van het hotel, waardoor je helemaal geen last hebt van de drukke straat aan de voorkant (die trouwens 's avonds zo goed als dood is, in tegenstelling tot wat andere gasten in hun reviews schrijven hier op Booking.com, en je vermoedelijk dus ook 's nachts aan de voorkant gewoon lekker rustig kan slapen).

De badkamer heeft een grondige renovatie nodig, en er waren muggen à volonté in de kamer. De gezelligheid van andere hotels in Madagaskar ontbrak hier een beetje, misschien dat het geheel gewoon eens een nieuwe schwung dient te krijgen.

Le bruit sur rue, on entendait les gens se parler dans la rue avec fenêtre fermée.

Reception staff were very kind and welcomed me with a smile. I was very grateful for her concern for my safe and comfortable trip, as one of them told me where to take taxi-brousse. It was also great to be able to take a warm shower.

The rooms were comfortable and clean — the mattress, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable. The room itself was spacious. We stayed on the floor where the restaurant is located, and it was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant was great, with a variety of dish options and a cozy atmosphere.

The location was quite noisy both day and night. The street is busy at all times, and we woke up several times during the night due to trucks and horse-drawn cartcarts passing by, which was a bit disturbing.
