Orbi Palace, room 536

Too much complexity in check in and the bed was wrecked already

The location, the size of the room. It was also very warm.

The equipments in the room are old and not clean. To pay cash, I had to make long conversations with the staff and go many times to the reception to try the right way to pay.

The location is good. Room was ok..

Reception people are pathetic they don't understand English neither bothered to help in understanding what the guest is saying, I asked the guy at reception for a taxi, and he simply said he didn't know There was no cleaning during our stay. I could see a stray dog sleeping on the reception sofa. Don't expect any help from or guidance from reception staff.
