The stated price did not match the quality. On the first day, it was wildly noisy in the hotel until 2 a.m., the staff could not cope with their duties and could not eliminate the inconvenience, and the bathroom smelled unpleasantly of some kind of swamp. The bathroom itself looked very sad and sad. The sockets in the bathroom were not working, and the staff was reluctant to correct the inconvenience. When asked to compensate for the inconvenience and refund the money for the first night, the manager promised to resolve the issue on the last day, on the last day, in the end, they told us that they could not help us in any way. We also went down for breakfast on the first day, but it turned out that there was simply no breakfast for us. Also, when asked to light a fireplace, I was told that you can do it, but you need to go and buy fuel for ignition. The price is not low, but it does not match the quality

Dinner was good and the location was great. The hotel is located in the central part of Bakuriani and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel staff were generally apathetic. The hotel was VERY loud with karaoke in the conference room and children screaming and running through the halls until late into the night. One night at 11:00 pm, the hotel staff woke me up so they could exit through my window to break into another room. They were not at all apologetic for this disturbance. Lastly, the hotel failed to charge me at checkout. I thought that I had perhaps paid through the booking.com app, but that was not the case. This resulted in having to pay for the room in a different method than I preferred. In general, it was not a pleasant experience at this hotel.

Good air-conditioning/heating in Winter time, rooms are large and clean. Excellent value-money option!

The amazing hotel which has the best view, clean rooms and the greatest staff. Next time i will choose this hotel again.
