Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. The hotel was wonderful. . The price was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was courteous, location brilliant

Room unclean, bad smell, cockroaches everywhere, bed bugs, other insects. An absolute hovel of a place. I left a day early after I discovered roaches crawling in the bed. 10/10 do not recommend. Avoid this place like the plague.

Hopeless property

They asked us to pay extra during check in. It's no use of Booking.com Very dirty rooms that were not cleaned. AC and TV didn't work. Hot water not warm enough. Very bad experience. No help from staff also.

I like how the staff behave.. they were cooperative and handled everything properly. The room were clean and spacious enough.i would love to come again .

The hotel staff was very rude , they did not honor my online booking and were asking for double the price for the room t take advantage as i had already reached the hotel , the location is pathetic and remote , I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

- it is not noisy area - there are shops and restaurants in walking proximity - room is spacious - internet was good

- extra charges 1. First payment was done on the 16th of July in amount 2946.69 Indian rupees as it says in my booking and paid by my card online through their online link, I have attached SMS, bank printscreen 2. Second payment they asked to pay on the 17th of July, when I arrived at the hotel in the amount of 1550 Indian rupees IN cash, I asked for that invoice and they gave it to me, which I also attached. They said, that sum in Booking is wrong and that's why they are charging me - bed sheets was torn - unfriendly guy on reception, who called another 2 unfriendly guys to charge us extra amount
