"Toilet Very Dirty"

Face to Face Communication with the staffs at reception was fine.

-Initial communication via booking.com messages was bad. My questions were not answered. -Upon booking via booking.com, they don't accept the payment. All payment has to be done at the hotel directly upon arrival which is a little troublesome for people from abroad. -I booked this hotel because the review on booking.com and google was good. Unfortunately i was wrong!! Upon arrival, the toilets were filthy, not acceptable, the floor wall sink and toilet bowl was extremely dirty. I had no choice but to proceed and stay for the night as i was in a desperate situation. - then i realized that all the reviews online were given by India guests. Probably it was ok for their expectation. Guests coming from abroad please think twice before booking. Thank you
