It looks a little run down on the outside. The room was tiny, the bed was smaller than double. It felt like a box room had been halved to fit an en-suite bathroom. It was only for one night thankfully but we didn’t feel rested.

My train was late arriving 9.30pm. And the host was very understanding. Room and bed was comfy. The price.

The room was a bit dated and I was on the 3rd floor. So bit of a climb. Ok for me, but for someone who is not on the best of health it might be a problem.

The hostess was there to meet us very informative and friendly Room was clean , bright, spacious and bathroom was excellent

The outside doesn't match the inside...could do with some TLC

Great location few minutes walk from blackpool north station and to the north pier Friendly helpful staff

Bed was smaller than expected

Clean comfy and spacious. Easy check in and out great location.

My only gripe was on the last morning of my stay the water wouldn’t get hot but it was fine for the other 2 days.

Rooms were very clean, Staff were very helpful
