"Simplicity with a great location for good value of money!"

Great communication with Victoria before our arrival. Smooth check-in. Complementary upgrade on the day from the owner. Basic but lovely & cosy room with a nice shower. I wanted to surprise my partner on his birthday with a weekend away, so £40 for the weekend was just a bargain (great location, 5 minutes walk to the promenade). Tea and coffee in the room. Towels provided. No fridge though. TV with multiple channels. Free WiFi. Free parking after 6p.m. & 10% off with your next booking!

There was nothing we didn't like as we didn't have high expectations.

"One night stay in Blackpool"

Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Definately stay again. Location was where we needed too be. Price was very good for our one night stay. The bed was super comfy. Bedroom spotlessly clean and the Shower room wow was amazing. But the owner can't put into words he was a lovely lovely gentleman, kind, thoughtful, very helpful, such a pleasure to of met him. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Just an overall excellent experience. Plenty of Tea, Coffee and Milk in abundance. Thank you.

"If you don’t mind late night noise and the smell of sewers"

The space was great

The sewer smell was awful especially in the morning. I checked out a day early due to no sleep because of the noise upstairs

The room was a good size, clean and with a good size en-suite

The rest of the property wasn’t that clean and had a strange smell about it. Also there was no hot water from the shower in the morning of our stay
