AUThe staff where very polite The food was excellent The hot water (when it was working)
Had to ask for towels one day on 3 occasions, there where a fair few mosquitoes, the staff where polite but their English language capacity was very limited which made for misunderstandings and some frustrations (asking for things 3 times, being told yes but actually staff didn’t know what they where meant to do)

ININWe have stayed here before. We like the vibe of the hotel. Staff are mainly students who are studying hotel management. Eager to help, cordial, sincere.
Food was overpriced.
INGBA very tasteful room which was very clean. The hotel has a restaurant serving lovely food. The staff were very welcoming.
I would have liked dessert after my meal but was hastily presented with the bill.

El manager és molt eficient, competent i molt amable, sempre pendent del que necessitessis. És un bon professional i fa molt bé la seva feina. Estava tot nét i vam estar-hi molt a gust. L' esmorzar i el sopar eren molt bons, podies trobar alternatives. Ens ha agradat molt i esperem que aquesta iniciativa tingui èxit, s'ho mereixen.
