GBThe best and friendliest service I have ever experienced in India or elsewhere. Both the trainers and trainees went out of their way to be helpful with genuine smiles and hospitality. I think that the 5-star hotel staff in other hotels from India AND INDEED FROM ALL OTHER COUNTRIES have a lot to learn from this place. I do not doubt that the Swiss trainer volunteers, who visit this place annually, have more to learn from these wonderful, genuinely welcoming people than they can teach! Perhaps they could think of sending some of the Indian trainees to Switzerland too to show the Swiss hotel staff what being really welcoming is all about!
Shower and taps could work better with directed flows of water The locals living around the hotel may be taught about cleaning their surrounding areas?
SGClean room, excellent breakfast and dinner there and the staff and trainees were friendly and helpful, arranging trips for me.
The hotel is in a quiet location, away from the centre of the town. While it is still walkable to Mahabodhi Temple, taking a tuktuk is preferable.
TWThe whole team are amazingly friendly, responsive and super helpful, especially thank manger Aditya for all kinds of help to make my stay easy & comfortable. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable & with all essentials, bathroom is also clean with powerful hot shower, very resourceful after a dusty day. The food is tremendous yummy, well-prepared and satisfying, and dining area is just relaxing & lovely. All in all, a jewel and a home @ Bodhgaya, thank you all 🙏
Neighborhood was playing music very loud from evening till next morning, for 2 or 3 nights🤣 because of wedding. guess it’s part of India, no one to be blamed. Fighting with mosquitoes team, luckily next day Aditya gave me the repellent.
