Taj Hotel 305

Very nice hotel located at the bottom of Bo-Kapp and opposite the crypt, so a great location! Easy walk to the V&A waterfront too (if you wish to walk that far during the day) and plenty of shops and markets around for shopping. The restaurant was a good size and had plenty of choice for all meals and reasonably priced and room service was very efficiant.

One morning we were asked to wait to be seated for breakfast (we had arrived at a busy time), however, the staff member didnt keep an eye on space and it was only when we noticed families of 3 and 4, followed 2 other couples coming down for breakfast after us and being directed immediately to tables, that we had to approach to ask if they had a table for us yet which they did they had just not informed us. Likely communication issue between the staff seating guests not being told we were waiting.

Excellent design. Spacious. Perfect location. And the view is very special. I really appreciated the swift communication from the host. I also like that you have access to hotel facilities.

Facilities were excellent - gym was super! Will be back

Staff are fantastic across the board, from the welcome st reception to the valet as we left. Comfortable beds and great facilities. We respected an additional bed and it arrived promptly.

Furniture slightly dated.

The interior, the service from all the staff in the hotel, the intentionality of creating a luxurious experience.

Nothing really. I enjoyed my experience there.
