The room and staffs are great very accommodating

The place is clean and new.Close to the center.The staff were nice.

The pressure of the shower was low.

I like that the hotel had an elevator, because most of the hotels I stayed in cebu has no elevator. Room is wide and clean, aircon is cold, theres an electric kettle and a Mini Refrigerator in our room, so convenient and at the price we paid, its so worth it. Hope that it stays that way when we come back later this year. Thank you to the amazing staff that extended their patience even because we checked in very late at 1 o'clock in the morning on January 27, when it was supposedly at 4 oclock in the afternoon on January 26. . Overall we liked our stay at Reddoorz near South Western University (Rudhil's Place Hotel and Dormitory).

First, they changed the room we booked by booking without saying anything, upon arrival. From a double large bed to a bunk beds. Then when we got the room we find out a disgusting hole in the shower in which a cockroach was living.. plus the shower didnt have any pressure. When we complained they offered a free breakfast for the 4 of us, in the morning, before checking out they said that only 2 of us had the free breakfast.. finally after a long discussion we had the free breakfast. Lastly, when doing the check out, they wanted to see the room and they came back with a dirty towell (not ours) and charged 300 pesos.. the worst hotel that I have booked with booking.. I can’t say anything positive, sad that we didn’t recieved any compensation by booking
