The location is good, near to the center.

The staff could be more flexible to accommodate guest requests. We went on a whale watching trip early on our second day. Asked the staff the day before if it was possible to avail of our breakfast after our tour. They said yes so we expected to have a meal in the hotel when we got back. But was told then this was not possible because we did not pre-order. Small things like this and how the staff accommodates simple requests really makes all the difference in making a great stay.

The housekeeper or roomcleaner need to check throughly the beds..i found some hairs under the fitted sheet and also on the bed under the duvet..pu**c hair?
