Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gutes Frühstück. Chek-in einfach und verständlich.

Ausstattung sehr veraltet. Wir müssten unser Bett mitten in der Nacht reparieren, da die Lattenroste nur auf einer losen Holzbalke halten. Parkplätze waren alle besetzt, obwohl wir einen Parkplatz reserviert haben. Balkonmöbel sehr schmutzig.

Fantastic hotel in a very nice location in the middle of the Black Forest. Everything was great— the room (I got an unexpected upgrade), the view from the balcony, convenient parking, and a delicious breakfast. Superb!

A szállásadó mindenben a max. nyújtotta.A reggeli szuper volt.

Június elején érkeztünk , sajnos nem számítottunk rá , hogy ennyire hideg lesz a fűtés már le volt kapcsolva, semmi helyettesítő nem volt. Az internet/ wifi nagyon-nagyon lassú.
