Great place to relax. We stayed after visiting Tikal. Could also do a sunset tour from here. Good menu. Nice pool. Space for kids to play.

A little out of the way if you aren't renting a car.

This was the absolute highlight of our trip. The setting is simply breathtaking—nestled in the jungle on the shores of the lake, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like paradise. The facilities are top-notch, and during our stay the resort was a little on the quiet side, which made the experience even more enjoyable, exclusive, and secluded. It felt like having our own private corner of paradise. The breakfast and dinner included with our stay were delicious, with excellent quality and variety. The entire team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. We also appreciated their flexibility with checkout, allowing us to continue enjoying the facilities after our room departure time. The staff went above and beyond by helping us organize our visit to Tikal, which was an amazing experience, and arranging our transfers to and from Flores seamlessly. Everything was handled effortlessly from start to finish. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in Guatemala. Simply paradise.

La amabilidad del personal. Cancelaron mi vuelo y me asignaron un conductor en la madrugada, a pesar de que lo había solicitado para la noche. Preguntaron respecto a mis preferencias y restricciones alimenticias.

I really liked the attentiveness of the staff and the relaxed environment. Swimming in the lake was very fun, and the water was very clear and the perfect temperature. the food was tasty.

The only real issue was that the wifi would sometimes not connect in the rooms. Outside the service was great, but within our room (no. 5) it would cut out sometimes or be very slow.
