Las instalaciones fueron maravillosas, todo muy limpio, moderno, con te y café gratis. La comida exquisita. El personal muy amables!!.

Que haya solo una opción de desayuno, pero aun asi estaba muy rico!.

Por poner algo, porque todo fue excelente, no hay lámparas en la cama, detalle sin importancia.

Hele rustgevende omgeving. Veel privé plekjes om te zwemmen bij een steiger. Schone kamers en badkamers. Heel goed eten.

Onduidelijke communicatie bij de receptie over tours, de prijzen en of het een privé tour is. Duidelijk overzicht met prijzen en mogelijkheden ontbreekt en receptioniste denkt niet echt mee.

Todo! El lugar es muy muy lindo, las habitaciones son espaciosas y toda la infraestructura frente al lago es espectacular. La comunicación y coordinación por los traslados tanto al aeropuerto como para tikal fue muy fácil y clara. Gracias por la ayuda! La comida es muy rica, teniendo en cuenta mis restricciones a la perfección. Tener la cena incluida es muy práctico. Todo está muy bien organizado. Las vistas y la posibilidad de meterse al lago después de un día caluroso en tikal es espectacular. Por último la decoración y los detalles del hotel súper lindos!

"A great place to stay to visit the Mayan ruins!"

Relaxing atmosphere. Good food (note: portions are on the small side, which as fine for us but might not satisfy hearty eaters).

Most staff spoke no English.

"Stunning Property, lovely staff"

The property is beautiful. We stayed 6 nights and would have stayed longer! Our cabin was the oldest one and the bathroom was rather lacking but was made up for by the lovely private patio that opened directly onto the lake’s edge. Housekeeping was immaculate. Breakfast and dinner are provided and very good Pool was cleaned daily. Most people swam in the lake which is warm. Highly recommended

The bathroom was cramped with a toilet the size of a preschool one, positioned so close to the wall that any one over 5’8 has to turn sideways to sit on it. However the two original cabins are due for demolition this year so no longer an issue . I hope they can preserve the patio. The other accommodation is modern and very attractive
