Fenway House Hotel

I thought the Fenway Hotel was a great hotel. From check In to Check out there was great Communication. The bed was very comfortable and never woke up whole night. The shower was also very nice. They had small refrigerator and a microwave in room. Had a non keyless entry to your room. Free parking on south side of hotel building. If in area again will come back forsure.

The bed had too thick of a memory foam pad on the mattress, but we like firm, so for others, it would be great

Small town feel, old time vibes.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said to pick up the phone and call for someone to come down. Then a young teenager came down the stairs in shorts and socks. We went up to check out our room, and were immediately disgusted with the conditions of it. There was food smeared in the microwave and the tables and mirror were filthy. The bathroom was horrible, not fit to use. The sheets were not even changed and had blood and stains from food on them, and a bug was on the bed as well. We immediately went back downstairs and told the girl that we were not staying, that the condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable. I told her that we had previously done cleaning work for a realtor that had B&B properties, and I know what is expected when a room is reserved. The girl kept apologizing and offered a free night stay, but we would never go back there as unsanitary as it was.

Very unique, wonderful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet.

Very clean & quiet, comfortable bed. Kind of has a bed & breakfast feel to it. Beautiful historical place! Great place for a wedding, event, etc! Quaint, quiet little town. Cafe, ice cream parlor, & coffee shop right next door. Would definitely stay again!

Pictures on Expedia were very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. Room’s floor was dusty. Hotel smelled.

Wondefrul family owned and operated hotel located just 30 minutes North of Platteville. Cozy place that fit our needs. Definately would stay here again.
