Nos encantó el staff, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Miguel y la camarera, muy amables. La habitación estaba genial, con aire acondicionado y a veces no funcionaba la electricidad y el agua caliente pero era un problema de la isla. Y la piscina es genial.

Beautiful beachfront location with lovely views, friendly staff, clean facilities, and a great breakfast. Michael at reception was especially helpful, giving excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities and even arranging transportation, which made the stay much easier.

The only drawback was the lack of parking and a bit of noise from people using the beach access path right next to the window.

Personnels sympas. Accès direct à la plage. La piscine. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable. Cocktail de bienvenue.

Bruyant vers 5-6h du matin. On entend les gens parler très fort dans la rue.

Nous avons aimé la vue de notre chambre Ainsi que la proximité de la plage.

Le prix du restaurant est particulièrement cher pour ce que c'est... Pour le petit déjeuner il est plutôt correcte mais lorsqu'il faut choisir ce que l'on souhaite de nombreux choix ne sont pas disponibles alors chaque matin vous mangez la même chose alors qu'il y a une carte pour choisir. De plus il y a énormément de coupure de courant et d'eau. Pour avoir fais de nombreux hôtels, ici elles étaient très fréquentes et duraient très longtemps. Une fois le restaurant était fermé puisqu'il n'y avait plus d'électricité

I must say there were a bit conflicting reviews on this hotel so we didn’t know exactly what to expect. Once arrived in the hotel the view is astonishing: right on the beach, with a beautiful terrace where breakfast is served. Make sure you get a sea view room and you’ll wake up with the sound of the ocean in the morning. Rooms are small but clean, great value for money if you want a peaceful unpretentious spot to enjoy a true local experience. In the morning you can walk and find your spot on the beautiful Jambiani beach (we went for kite lessons a small walk away) but please note there is not much to do in the evening. Thanks to the hotel staff we arranged transfer via Tuk Tuk to Paje which is a bit more touristic. For us it was a great stay and we got also help afterwards when we left sunglasses there: staff was able to find someone to bring them back to us in Stone town, which was very much appreciated.

Not very easy to find the hotel and you need to enter the village, which can be a bit annoying if you are not yet used to deal with local people or do not want to (not our case) Also the road to the entrance is not very well visible and to be improved in terms of cleanliness as it doesn’t give justice to the hotel itself. Also, the lock on our door was faulty and wouldn't close properly

Świetne jedzenie, przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel, fantastyczna lokalizacja przy samej plaży, ale spokojniejszej niż inne popularne miejsca.

Powinno być ostrzeżenie przy wejściu na schody na plażę, że kiedy są mokre, to są bardzo bardzo śliskie. Jakby była opcjonalnie, nawet za dopłata kawa nierozpuszczalna, tylko z np. z kawiarki lub przelewu, to było heaven on earth 😊

Staff was super kind and polite, especially Michael at the reception. The room was right on the ocean which was amazing and the breakfast was good as well.
