The location is ok. If you get a good room, one can see the Girnar peak and range. The room and premises were clean.

1. They didn't have wifi on our 4th floor. 2. Parking space is limited. 3. One person at the reception was not coordial, and i couldn't see a smile on the other hospitality staff members throughout. Always seriously observing you. 4. They dont have a working restaurant, and the room service menu is very limited. 5. The breakfast is served in the room and is limited. Like 1st day we got only 2 theplas per person and 2nd day got only 1 Aloo paratha with tea and some bread butter. When asked for more, the reply was that it was limited only. 6. The mattress on the bed was also too soft.

The only one thing that is positive about this hotel is its location which is closer to the railway station

Unhygienic: The housekeeping has not even cleaned the mess created by earlier guest. Limited breakfast options: The hotel offers fixed menu that too only 1 item along with bread butter for in house guests. There is no restaurant. In Room service: When we called reception to place an order for lunch at 1 pm, we were informed that the chef has gone for lunch. Limited Parking space: Our cab driver was not allowed to park his car inside the hotel premises even though there was only one car parked at the mouth of the hotel gate. There is only one gate for entry and exit of cars. Weird system for hot water in the bathroom: The hot water system in the bathroom is totally different than any standard hotels in the world. The house keeping staff is also unprofessional in their approach.

ROOMS WERE OF FAIRLY GOOD SIZE. ALL FACILITIES WERE THERE. LOCATION WAS GOOD.

STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED BETTER. VERY SLOW SERVICE . ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED DESPITE OUR INSTRUCTIONS TO DO SO EVEN AFTER 4-5 HOURS. CROCKERY NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. DOESN'T HAVE IT'S OWN RESTAURANT . SO WE HAD TO GO OUT FOR DINNER EACH DAY. LIMITED CHOICE IN BREAKFAST. HAD TO INSTRUCT THE STAFF FOR MINOR THINGS SUCH AS GIVING SPOONS ALONG WITH BREAKFAST PLATES.

The staff behaviour was good.

The door & bathroom fittings were worn out. (Poor quality). Noisy Window AC instead of a split one. Location is out of delivery area for many food joints.
