staff helpful.

bathroom facilities very poor designed and unsafe as electrical wires exposed in the bath. no hot water, unable to use the shower as places near the outside window. hardly any room in the bathroom. no facilities to have breakfast/lunch/dinner food delivered I. the room which we don’t like.
