Booked through app. Once reached hotel they refused to give rook due to low tariff rate. After all the arguments had to find another hotel for stay. Staff behaviour is bad. Booking.com redirected to Oyo and full payment done online. No-one answering calls.. both Oyo customer care and booking.com
