I prefer 2nd flr, king bed for 2 person with private balcony

I requested is not fullfill, was King size bed ( twin bed ) and old matrass,reguested 2nd flr the propose 1st finally got 2nd flr, not private balcony

big room and clean and quite

the internet not really good

there were a lot of insects in the room, this because the door to the balcony was not a closed door so the insects could enter easily…

The hotel room was spotless and the cleaning staff extremely friendly. The linen was changed regularly. The hotel has a wonderful pool which is great in the heat of Bali. The hotel is located to many shops and laundries which we used regularly. If visiting Bali again I will definitely rebook this hotel.

Nothing negative was experienced

nothing like the pictures at all. no views. stained walls and sheets. so many bugs so so many. a/c didn’t work the greatest.

Last minute booking the staff didn't aware that we're coming but check-in was smooth. Forgot my phone on the bed and the staff kept it for me suksma

Pool needs an update, strong chlorine smell. Found a plastic bag in our balcony maybe flew from somewhere. Renovation is going on so expect noise during the day.
