Bed was comfortable, room size was ok. Polite and friendly staff, close to the airport

Booked a double, got a twin, everything looked dirty including walls, towels, shower. Curtains which covered the window into the main corridor didn't shut properly, door handle coming off. Photos must have been taken some years ago

Good value for money. Near Badung Collection good things to buy there and very near Jimbaran Beach.

They can put more lights in the room.

The location was good.

The hotel was not clean, and I and my family feel not comfortable. We booked for 2 nights, but we just stayed for a night, and find the other better one on the next day.

Walked in over broken board walkway. Smelled like cat pea in the ebtry so bad, we didnt even check in. No pictures of the pool because its inside, brown water, dirty, stinky, GROSS. We left and booked ne

Room (2/5): Moderate sized superior room. Comfy bed and clean sheet. Smelly bathroom and worn out mirror. Broken exhaust fan. Hot water and AC works fine. Food (3/5): Fair breakfast course for budget stay. All tastes okay. Location (3/5): Nestled in Jimbaran busy area makes everything convenient. Surrounded by lots of local diner and only take 15 minutes walk to the beach. One hassle is it only has 3 car parking slot, basement used for bike only. Nearby open field available but muddy on rainy day. Service (1/5): Non smoking policy yet people smoke at corridor and restaurant. Neglectful behavior, they don't clean table after use during breakfast. Dull hospitality from the get go. Lousy security service. Verdict: Second time staying here after their name change (was Horizon on my first trip) and no significant improvement. Reasonable hotel choice if you are on tight budget but don't mind the poor building condition.
