"Cheap and with air-conditioning"

an old average to good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The morning buffet is not big but it is good enough to eat good. The location is downtown, you can walk to anywhere.

The hotel and the furniture is a bit old and old fashioned and the cleaning is just a bit above average
