Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου, επί της κεντρικής πλατείας της Καστοριάς ήταν ιδανική, με άμεση πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα, καφετέριες και αξιοθέατα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, και μας καθοδήγησε σχετικά με τα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής. Υπήρχε δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης έμπροσθεν του ξενοδοχείου. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό, αλλά επιδέχεται βελτίωση.
